I got it from Sacred Succulents. The description from Sacred Succulents:
"Upright pach**oid with medium spines and dark green stems. Knize collection from Otavi, Bolivia, 10,600'. Not a valid name, Knize named many new plands during his extensive travels but then never bothered to publish. A very rare, unique and interesting cactus, whatever it may be. Zone 9a."
